Meet Humera, the founder of Érah Pilates Wellness. Trained as an Interior Architect in Sydney, Australia, she discovered that the principles of design, such as balance, flow, and harmony, can be just as transformative for the human body as they are for spaces. Her time in Australia sparked a passion for Pilates and Functional Fitness, inspiring a unique approach that blends mindful movement, precision, and creativity. To Humera, movement is not just exercise; it is an experience that strengthens the body, sharpens the mind, and restores the spirit.

Humera’s classes are carefully designed to strengthen, realign, and restore. Each session is guided with calm energy and intuitive expertise, helping clients move with confidence and reconnect with their bodies. She works with people of all ages and abilities, creating experiences that help each individual feel capable, connected, and alive.

Beyond teaching, Humera has built a vibrant and supportive community at Érah. It is a space where people come together not only to move but to share, learn, and grow.
